Professionals' experiences of an improvement initiative for preschools with significant challenges: A longitudinal study

The project will be conducted in 2025 and aims to contribute knowledge about how professionals involved in a national, multi-year, politically initiated improvement initiative (CBS) have experienced and been affected by the initiative over time.

Description

The project is based on two previous studies (2022–2014), in which the latter examined the experiences of childcare assistents, preschool teachers, and head teachers  working within CBS in four preschools. The current project includes a broader context where we investigate professionals' experiences of this initiative after its formal conclusion, both in preschool practices and in leadership practices within a municipality's educational organisation
