- Create a test plan, and develop test cases and test data for different test scenarios.
- Run tests using test tools and interpret the results.

Course Content
Course Content
This course provides an introduction to the fundamentals of software testing. Students will learn about fundamental concepts , methods and activities relating to software testing. Topics covered include test planning, test design, test execution and test reporting.

- Assignments (4.5 credits)
Grades
The grading scale used for the final course grade is U–G.
Grades are reported as follows:
- Exams - 3.0 Credits | U–G
- Assignments - 4.5 Credits | U–G
Prerequisites
- Software Development Technology, 7.5 credits or equivalent foundational programming course 7.5 credits
Other Information
This course cannot be counted towards the same degree along with courses that have equivalent content.
