The latest statistics from the Swedish Council for Higher Education (UHR) show a significant increase in international student applicants to Swedish universities and colleges. Dalarna University stands out with a remarkable 31.2% rise in applicants for international master's programs.

Dalarna University experienced significant growth in 2024, with an 18 percent increase in student numbers and strengthened financial stability. The university now has 17,430 registered students.
