About RECAST
RECAST is a forum for researchers and doctoral students from all disciplines to meet and discuss research relating to sustainability, share knowledge, promote interdisciplinary collaboration, widen networks, and develop collaborative partnerships. RECAST is open to anyone who is interested in the role of research in the transition to a sustainable society. RECAST seminars are conducted in English.

At the next research seminar, we will explore research on gender equality (SDG 5). How do different researchers with different backgrounds at Dalarna University conduct research on topics related to gender equality? We also aim to discuss how we can promote research on this topic.

How Dalarna University Publications Address the SDGs
Academic publications can be connected to sustainable development and the UN's 17 Global Goals (also known as SDGs - Sustainable Development Goals). It is up to you, the researcher, to determine whether your research relates to one of these.
You can read more about the goals on The Global Goals website. On the Scopus database webpage, you can find every Dalarna University publication that is connected to one or more sustainable development goals, grouped according to the 17 global goals. On the Staff Web is information on how to connect your publications to the SGDs.
