Description
The aim is to cut the energy consumption by half with a process avoiding evacuation of the inhabitants. The inhabitants and owners will be in continuous dialog throughout the project. A low-temperature heating system with ventilation radiators, an exhaust-air heat pump with a smart connection to the existing district heating net and self-sufficient electricity generation will be installed and evaluated. In advance, climate chamber will be used to test new ventilation radiators and windows retrofit. Economic feasibility of variations in energy efficiency measures will be presented with an economical tool called “Belok Totalmetodik”. Socialscientists carry out a study of comfort among housholders.
