Description
The aim of this book project is to present a multifaceted view of contemporary redefinitions of Irish identity in the current postnationalist context. In the last few years, the issue of postnationalism has encouraged an intense debate as reflected in the publication of numerous specialised books and articles in various fields of study, including politics, history, philosophy, and anthropology. However, the work produced in the field of Irish literary criticism has been much sparser. This collection of works, consisting of seventeen articles from a collection of international scholars, aims to fill this gap and provide a new insight into the debate on postnationalism in Ireland from the perspective of narrative writing
