POLYSMART is a large EU project with a budget of ~19 M€ and 33 participating companies and institutions, where small scall polygeneration systems (production of heat, power and cooling) will be developed and demonstrated. The project works in two directions: horisontally for coordination, simulation, comparison and information; vertically where 8 teams develop and demonstrate its own technology. The Swedish team is based on the heat driven technology from ClimateWell AB with integral cold storage. It will be demonstrated with district heating (Sweden) and micro CHP (Spain).
