This change comes as a result of adjustments to general opening hours for support services. An analysis of these has shown that the Support Café receives few requests for help during the evening, which has resulted in the decision to focus resources between 08.00 and 16.00.
The Support Café assists with questions related to the University's digital learning environment; the learning platform; Zoom meeting rooms; recorded media in the Play Portal; and the course evaluation tool Sunet Survey.
