Are you a student at Campus Borlänge and have you studied here before, for example, in spring 2024? You’ll need to update your keycard when you arrive at the new Campus Borlänge.
This can easily be done at the Helpdesk/Reception, which will be open from 09:30 on 2nd September. Want to sort out your keycard earlier? You’re welcome to visit the Helpdesk at Campus Falun.
Opening hours for Helpdesk at Campus Borlänge and Campus Falun: Weekdays from 08:00 to 16:00. Please note: The Helpdesk at Campus Borlänge will open for students on 2nd September at 09:30.
Are you a new student?
Is this your first semester at Dalarna University? Check your programme room for specific information relevant to your programme, as many have scheduled times to arrange keycards. However, you can always visit the Helpdesk at either Campus Falun or Campus Borlänge to arrange your keycard at a time that suits you.
