Tuition Fee Payments

Tuition-fee payments to Dalarna University can be easily made.

Invoice:

After your Notification of Selection Result (admissions letter) is available at universityadmissions.se, you will receive a notification when your invoice is available in Ladok (Sweden's nation-wide student registry system for the documentation of students' attendance and results). Dalarna University will not send a separate invoice, and you must find the invoice in Ladok by yourself. 

When you log in to Ladok for the first time, you should use the same login details as those you use at universityadmissions.se

Please do not forget to add the reference number on the invoice when you make the payment so we can match it to you. You may additionally add your personal code number as a reference if you can. Please also note that in case you want to apply for a refund the funds needs to be sent back the same source that it originally came from.

The full address of Dalarna University can be found at the bottom left corner of your invoice. After your payment has been registered, you will receive a notification in Ladok to confirm that Dalarna University has received your tuition fee payment. 

We do not advise that you ask a stranger to submit a payment on your behalf. In case you apply for a refund and your request is granted, the refund will be sent to the account from which Dalarna University received the payment. Whoever is the owner of that account will receive the refund.
