The Art of Sales, Negotiation and Dialogue

The course focuses on three parts, negotiation techniques, sales techniques and dialogue art, but also addresses how these communication situations are similar in appearance and shows how certain basic conditions affect all three. The focus of each part
is:
Negotiation technique - preparation and planning ahead of the negotiation process and the analysis of our position and the counterparty‘s positions. This part also includes negotiation tactics, conflicts and disputes and the advantage of creating two satisfied parties.
Selling Technique - this part of the course deals with a number of factors affecting a sales process, such as personal sales style,
sales strategy, customer buying motives, the sales process five phases, termination technology, predictive and treatment of objections. In addition we adress how satisfied customers and efficient sales can contribute to a
corporate profitability and success.
Dialog Art - the art to utilize the energy of disagreements and enhance creativity in social situations.

Computer Skills:

Surf on the Internet, read and send emails, use a word-processing programme (e.g. Word). Connect a camera and headphones to the computer and install a programme using instructions.

Computer Capacity:

Access to a computer (Not a mini pc, tablet or similar) that is not older than three years (or equivalent) and broadband connection, at least 1 Mbit/s (not mobile broadband, because mobile broadband can vary considerably in speed).

Means of Education:

Higher rate of web-based communication where our learning platform (Learn/Canvas) is a natural element of the course. Web-based meetings with sound and image where simple presentations can be held. Lectures can be broadcast live or can alternatively be made available afterwards online.
