The course has four parts. The first part introduces creative thinking and its impact on business and entrepreneurial processes. The second part addresses issues of creativity in the event of resource and time constraints, and how entrepreneurs and business owners deal with the challenges that result from these limitations. The third part highlights innovations and processes for involving customers in the development of new products and business models. The fourth part discusses creative leadership and the circumstances that affect work in creative teams, as well as challenges related to creativity in business operations.
