Prerequisites

  • By the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare issued Registered Nurse and Bachelor Degree in nursing, or a minimum of 180 credits with at least 90 credits in nursing science which 15 credits comprise a thesis

Other Information

The course is entirely distance learning and is conducted via a learning platform. This means that there are no physical meetings on campus. The course is part of the Specialist Nursing Program Care of the Elderly.

This course cannot be counted towards the same degree along with courses that have equivalent content.

If the student has received a decision/recommendation granting study support from Dalarna University because of a disability, then the examiner has the right to offer an alternative examination arrangement. The examiner takes into account the objectives in the course syllabus when deciding whether the examination can be adapted in accordance with the decision/recommendation.
