Course Content

Projects are a fundamental part of the strategical, tactical and operational work of many organisations. This is not least the case when it comes to processes of change, product development and process improvement. Project management is complex and encompasses the achievement of project goals when there are constraints in terms of time and resources. There are many project stakeholders with varying demands and wishes, some of which are contradictory, to take into account.

The course deals with theoretical models and practical tools and methods that are relevant in different phases of the project. This also includes tools for team building and prevention of common reasons for project failure.

The students will practice how to reflect critically on different situations in a project.
