Learning Outcomes

On completion of the course, students will be able to:

• apply different theories on motor learning and control in powerlifting training
• apply instruction and feedback in connection with technique and coordination training for powerlifting

Course Content

The course covers theories and concepts related to the areas of motor learning, motor control, instruction and feedback. The concepts are discussed and reflected on in relation to technique training and the training of coordination skills in powerlifting.

Assessment

Oral presentations and written assignments.

Workshops, practical exercises, lectures and seminars.
