Prerequisites
- Teacher education of at least 180 credits, or a Bachelor’s degree in Education/Educational Work
Summary in English
After completing the course, students shall be able to:
- demonstrate knowledge of and problematize various types of theoretical perspectives in studies of educational practices,
- formulate research questions and conduct preliminary analyses of authentic events in educational practices, taking their point of departure from a chosen theoretical perspective,
- critically scrutinize examples of educational research,
- discuss and evaluate the ways in which educational research can contribute to professional work in school and preschool.
