Summary in English
The course deals with relevant legal rules specifically from the perspective of sport. Issues that will be specifically highlighted are, for example, the specific nature of sport, its relation to the law, the way in which disputes are resolved, the civil law framework and the legal aspects of commercial exploitation. Other areas that will be dealt with are tax-related issues as well as EU law.
