Leaving Ceremony Autumn

We would like to invite students completing their studies in the autumn semester 2024 to attend the university's leaving ceremony, which will be held in January 2025. The ceremony is an occasion where we celebrate the academic achievements of our graduating students and wish them future success.

The reception that follows the ceremony will be held in the Campus Falun atrium (main hallway).

The leaving ceremony is for students who are about to complete or who have completed their studies at Dalarna University in the autumn semester 2024. It is not called a graduation ceremony since not all students will have been awarded their degree by 17 January.

Held in Swedish, the ceremony will include speeches. These will be available in English on du.se during the ceremony. The event will be followed by a reception for students, friends, and family to socialise at Campus Falun. 

Friends and family are invited to attend the ceremony and the reception that follows. When you register, indicate how many friends and family members you would like to attend. You can invite up to five guests to the reception. There is no limit on the number of guests for the ceremony.

Students need to register to attend the ceremony. Registration closes on December 6th.
