Dalarna Student Union primary goals are to ensure that you, as a student, receive a high-quality education and have opportunities for an active student life. By becoming a member, you gain access to a wide range of activities and can get involved in various ways.

The Intro Masters

It is time to celebrate the start of your studies! Intro Master's plan activities during the first two weeks of the term (called introveckor in Swedish or "introduction weeks").  The activities planned will give you opportunities to meet other new students while participating in a variety of social and festive activities.

Falun and Borlänge Municipality

Malin Kvarnström and Per Sjölander from the enterprise offices at Falun and Borlänge municipality are available to support you as a student.  They focus on helping you find safe housing, ensuring you have a good time as a student, and assisting you in establishing connections in the professional world to simplify your job search after graduation.

Our Campuses

Dalarna University has two campuses: one in Borlänge and one in Falun. Campus Falun also houses our media programs at Mediahuset, located a 20-minute walk from Campus Falun. The distance between Campus Falun and Campus Borlänge is approximately 20 kilometers, with good bus connections available from early in the morning until late in the evening.
